Bronze

Fairly small sites can only get a bronze, as well as sites made with freewebs site builder. You don't need to have a ton of content, but you'll need a fair bit.

Silver

Average-o sites will most likely get silver. You'll need some fun stuffers, some stuff by you only and some images by you, eg banners.

Gold

You'll need to have a site that can keep people busy for a while. The layout must look good and not totally die in IE. You'll need quite a lot of content.

Platinum

Your site has to be "totally kewl", and I will be the judge of that. :D You need a lot of content, lots of fun stuff, some info and lotsa originality.
